Katarina Nemitz – Research & Development

Katarina was born and raised in the heart of Wisconsin.  After graduation form the University of Wisconsin River Falls with a BS in Food and Animal Science she worked on a goat farm in northern Italy making artisan cheese and taking care of goats.  Those talents have been put to good use at the Humble Goat, helping to create new flavors and adding to the Humble Goat offerings.  Katarina enjoys traveling and playing with baby goats at her parents goat farm in her spare time.
