Gluten-Free Protein Banana Nut Bar

Ingredients
  

  • 3 medium ripe bananas
  • 3 servings The Humble Goat Protein powder
  • 2 tablespoon almond flour
  • 2 tablespoon ground flax seeds
  • 1 teaspoon xanthan gum optional
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • cup egg whites
  • 8 pecan halves

Instructions
 

  • Pre-Heat oven to 375
  • Combine all ingredients except the pecans into a blender
  • Pour batter into a greased baking pan
  • Top with pecan halves
  • Bake for 15 minutes
