Goat Cheese Juicy Lucy

Ingredients
  

  • ⦁     1/2 pound ground beef
  • ⦁     Worcestershire sauce
  • ⦁     salt and pepper
  • ⦁     1 4 oz log The Humble Goat garlic & herb goat cheese

Instructions
 

  • Combine by hand ground beef, a few shakes and of Worcestershire sauce and some salt & pepper in a small bowl
  • Take about half of beef and roll into ball and then flatten and put on piece of parchment paper
  • Roll goat cheese into ball and flatten, place in middle of patty
  • Top with another patty, pinching on edges
  • Heat a pan to medium heat, adding patty into pan
  • Flip patty to cook on both sides before adding a lid to cook inside
  • Poke holes in patty while cooking to relieve air bubbles
  • Serve on buns as desired
