Watermelon Goat Cheese Salad

Ingredients
  

  • ⦁     watermelon
  • ⦁     The Humble Goat goat cheese crumbles
  • ⦁     mint
  • ⦁     lime juice
  • ⦁     2 tbsp olive oil
  • ⦁     2 tbsp honey
  • ⦁     salt

Instructions
 

  • With a melon, scoop out the inside of a watermelon
  • Chop up mint leaves into shreds and sprinkle on watermelon
  • Top watermelon with the lime juice, olive oil, honey and salt.
  • Enjoy!
