White Bean Goat Cheese Dip
Ingredients
- 1 can cannellini beans drained
- 4 oz. The Humble Goat Herb goat cheese
- 2 Tbsp lemon zest
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp fresh parsley leaves chopped
- 1 Tbsp basil pesto
- 1 large garlic clove grated on a Microplane grater
Instructions
- In a food processor blend, all the ingredients until smooth.
- Chill for 30 minutes
- Serve with toasted baguette slices
