White Bean Goat Cheese Dip


  • 1 can cannellini beans drained
  • 4 oz. The Humble Goat Herb goat cheese
  • 2 Tbsp lemon zest
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp fresh parsley leaves chopped
  • 1 Tbsp basil pesto
  • 1 large garlic clove grated on a Microplane grater


  • In a food processor blend, all the ingredients until smooth.
  • Chill for 30 minutes
  • Serve with toasted baguette slices
