Course Appetizer
Servings 0

Ingredients

Poppers

  • 6 fresh jalapeños
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 4 oz Plan Jalapeno or Herb Humble Goat Cheese softened
  • 12 slices of bacon regular sliced not thick, cut in half
  • 1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese

Homemade Ranch Dressing

  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/4 tsp dried dill
  • 1/4 tsp Dried Parsley
  • 1/4 tsp Dried Chives
  • 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
  • Pinch Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Slice the jalapeño peppers in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds and ribs. Leave the stems on. Discard the seeds and ribs.
  • Mix the softened cream cheese, Humble Goat cheese, homemade ranch seasoning spices, cheddar cheese in a small bowl.
  • Fill the peppers with the cheese mixture. Don't overfill, or the cheese will ooze out while baking.
  • Wrap a slice of bacon around the jalapeño and secure it with a toothpick.
  • Place the prepared jalapeños on a air fryer rack or basket which has been lightly sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake at 400 for 10 minutes or until bacon is browned and crsipy
  • Serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

For an extra cheesy situation, you can dip the filled poppers in extra cheddar cheese before wrapping them in bacon. Press down to make sure the cheese adheres to the popper.
