Oma’s Protein Bites

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup of peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup of honey
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup of Vanilla Humble Goat protein powder
  • 1/3 cup of finely ground flax seeds
  • ½ cup of rolled oats
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds optional
  • 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor, add the peanut butter, honey, vanilla powder, flaxseed meal, oats, cinnamon and chia seeds together. Paulse together until fully combined.
  • Add in chocolate chips (and coconut if being used) and pulse a few more times.
  • Roll into 10-12 balls (roll in more coconut if desired) and place them in an airtight container.
  • Store up to 1 week in the refrigerator, or in freezer for up to 2 months.
