1

3

garlic
finely minced
3
tbsp
olive oil
plus more for brushing
1½
tbsp
honey
or to taste
Small handful of fresh herbs: microgreens
baby basil, or thyme
Pinch
of sea salt
optional
Instructions
Make the Crostini
Preheat your oven to 375°F.
Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
Toast for 8–10 minutes, flipping once, until golden and crisp.
Crisp the Garlic
In a small pan, heat 3 tbsp olive oil over medium-low.
Add the minced garlic and sauté, stirring often, until golden brown and crispy — about 2–3 minutes.
Use a slotted spoon to transfer garlic to a paper towel to drain. (Reserve the garlic-infused oil if you like.)
Assemble the Crostini
Spread a thick layer of the garlic & herb goat cheese over each crostini.
Drizzle lightly with honey and olive oil.
Sprinkle a pinch of the crispy garlic on top of each.
Garnish with microgreens, small basil leaves, or thyme
Notes
Serve immediately while the toast is still slightly warm. These are great for brunch spreads, wine and cheese nights, or as a quick party appetizer.
