Combine by hand ground beef, a few shakes and of Worcestershire sauce and some salt & pepper in a small bowl
Take about half of beef and roll into ball and then flatten and put on piece of parchment paper
Roll goat cheese into ball and flatten, place in middle of patty
Top with another patty, pinching on edges
Heat a pan to medium heat, adding patty into pan
Flip patty to cook on both sides before adding a lid to cook inside
Poke holes in patty while cooking to relieve air bubbles
Serve on buns as desired
